Welcome back friends!
Well if you have stuck around this long, I am guessing you are interested in what else I saw during my time in Barcelona! On day five Melanie and I walked about 30 minutes to visit the National Art Museum of Cataluña.
I snapped a few pictures during out walk there:
As we walked up to the museum we admired some gorgeous views and the architecture of the building itself.
Once inside the museum, we enjoyed modern art, romanesque and gothic art.
After admiring the beautiful art, we stopped for some lunch.
After lunch, Melanie and I walked a good forty minutes to visit a few apartment buildings that were also designed by Gaudí. We ran into the first one completely by chance and that was fun to see.
We then made our way to see Casa Milá or “La Pedrera”.
We also saw Casa Batlló.
Melanie and I treated ourselves to some ice-cream and we sat on a bench and people watched after viewing the apartments. We then returned back to our Airbnb for the night. Once again, the views didn’t disappoint.
Worry less and smile more.
